LAUNCHGUARD AFFILIATE PROGRAM RULES
Version 1.0 — August 4, 2026

PROGRAM ECONOMICS
- Front-end price: $19 one-time.
- Affiliate commission: 50% on the LaunchGuard front-end.
- Maximum theoretical gross commission: $9.50 per non-refunded sale.
- No order bump, OTO, subscription or recurring commission is currently included.
- EPC, conversion rate and refund rate are not yet published because controlled-launch data is not yet available.

1. MANUAL APPROVAL
Affiliate access is approved per offer. Applicants must identify their audience, primary traffic source and planned promotion method. Approval must be granted before the purchase for a sale to earn commission.

2. APPROVED TRAFFIC
Permission-based email, original websites, blogs, videos, podcasts and genuine social content are allowed.

Paid traffic, direct-link PPC, bidding on LaunchGuard or Honest AI Stack brand terms, and any use of the product name in a domain or advertising account require prior written approval from hello@honestaistack.com.

3. TRUTHFUL CLAIMS
Affiliates may describe verified product features and their own observed experience.

Affiliates may not claim or imply:
- Guaranteed revenue, income, sales, EPC or conversion improvement.
- Funnel certification or guaranteed launch readiness.
- Automated purchasing, payment, login or CAPTCHA bypass.
- Customer results, testimonials, scarcity or urgency that cannot be verified.

Any free review access, commission relationship or other material connection must be disclosed.

4. PROHIBITED PROMOTION
The following are prohibited:
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or attribution manipulation.
- Adware, toolbars, browser extensions or misleading notifications.
- Misleading redirects, cloaking, impersonation or fake vendor accounts.
- Self-referrals or purchases intended to manipulate statistics.
- Fake reviews, AI-generated testimonials or purchased testimonials.
- Unauthorized coupon, discount or “deal” pages.
- False scarcity, fake countdowns or invented launch deadlines.

5. CREATIVES AND BONUSES
Approved swipe copy and graphics may be adapted, but the verified product boundary and disclaimers must remain accurate.

Affiliate bonuses must be lawful, relevant and delivered entirely by the affiliate. They must not be presented as part of LaunchGuard or as vendor-provided unless written approval is granted.

6. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS AND PAYOUTS
Refunded or charged-back sales reverse the associated affiliate commission through WarriorPlus. WarriorPlus controls attribution, wallet delays and payment processing. LaunchGuard does not promise a specific payout date.

7. PLATFORM AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must follow:
- WarriorPlus terms, tracking and compliance requirements.
- Applicable advertising, email, privacy and consumer-protection law.
- The policies of every email, advertising and social platform used.

8. ENFORCEMENT
LaunchGuard may reject or revoke affiliate approval for material rule violations, fraud, harmful traffic, misleading promotion, excessive complaint risk or failure to provide requested traffic-source information.
